I take on a wide range of projects from the very small locally based schemes to large international projects. I can offer as much or as little advise as required from brain storming on site to allow you to understand the dynamics of your garden to producing site layouts, design details, working drawings and specifications. All advice is tailored to your requirements.
I can arrange either competitive tender or negotiated contracts for the construction of the works and will monitor the works as they progress.
The 3 Stage Approach
As a general rule I will visit the site to make an initial assessment of the project and to provide a fee quotation. This is broken down into stages which are broadly:
Broad brush fluid drawings that investigate the potential of the site against your brief.
This will indicate existing and proposed levels, hard surface treatments, lawns, planting and features.
Working drawings and planting plans.
These stages are developed alongside budget constraints where known.
